Well, ok. The turkey wasn’t alive, but we were able to eat it this time! You may remember at Thanksgiving when Duck exclaimed, “I killed the turkey.” When his mom told me she wanted him to cook a turkey for Christmas Dinner, I was a little worried. I didn’t know if his ego had been healed or not from the first incident.
But My Genius Better Half recovers and does an excellent job with the turkey! And of course he made sure I got pictures of this one and says “you are going to blog about this, right?” Yes, my wonderfully genius cook! I’m blogging about it 
It’s still the best turkey I’ve ever eaten
