(Too Much Information!)
I am addicted to the internet. I admit it. I’m addicted to information — to research. I can research any topic you give me to death. Lately, I’ve been reading anything and everything I can about writing. After all, I am a writer.
There comes a point though, where you can get overloaded with too much information. I’m beyond that point. My head is spinning with all kinds of ideas of what to write about, where to submit my writings, and what other writers are doing. The only thing I haven’t been doing is writing
Next week my wonderful family and I are going on vacation. Yes, I’m sure I will take my laptop. But I’m also taking a binder with some notebook paper. I’m going to make some time to sit down and actually write — not type, not research, not get lost on a million and one blogs — but to just write. I hope to have some wonderful things to share with you when I get back. I’m sure God is going to bless us — He usually does when we have an extended period of family time. Too much togetherness ought to give me plenty to write about
I know my Genius Better Half will find it humorous that I’m overloaded — he says I always give him way too much information and details when he asks me a question.

Think you could work in a potty prayer or two while you’re there?

I can totally relate. My writing was being stalled by my research until I let myself forego the research and I actually finished the book. Now that it’s done I can go back and follow up on the research!
Welcome to Writer…Interrupted! I hope we can encourage you on your writing journey!
