I officially finished Week #3 of my working out routine at the gym. I’m almost doing the happy dance, but I’m a little tired
Sore — but a good kind of sore! I wanted to share a few little tidbits from this past week.

Last night my Better Half says to me, “I had trouble getting to your blog today. I wanted to see if you’d had any more interactions with the Genius!” I rolled! I thought it was so funny he wanted to go to my blog to see what I’d written about him lately

Wednesday I was feeling a little adventurous on the treadmill and I did a light jog for about 5 minutes then went back to a fast walk for the rest of the time. I was excited and telling Duck about it when I said, “I ran on the treadmill today — well, it was more of a light jog — and my right foot is still crooked, but I did it! I jogged on the treadmill!”
My Genius Better Half responds, “well, if your right foot is still crooked, you need to ask for a refund on your gym membership!”
Ok, so I don’t know if my right foot being crooked has anything to do with the fact that I can’t run very fast (although I’m getting better!), but I didn’t think working out would change it

Duck likes to show love for Doodle and myself by aggravating us. Doodle was sitting at her computer playing a game, and Duck went by her and did something. She responded in a very grown up voice, “Dad! That was soooo unnecessary!”

I have a few more posts to write today, but right now I don’t smell too good — yeah, I know TMI! I’m hopping in the shower and hopefully not falling! Stay cool, stay productive and stay focused!
