Heather @ Desperately Seeking Sanity (do you see a pattern developing here?) posted some questions that she wanted answers to. So, continuing with avoiding anything else I need to be doing, here we go
1. If money and family were not an issue (meaning you have all the money in the world and your family will follow you anywhere), where would you want to live and why?
In the mountains. I’m not particular — just mountains. I’m a mountain girl. I miss the great views and if money were not an issue, I could have a house on top of a mountain and no one would have to worry about going to work in the snow
2. How do you feel about meeting people on the internet (ie. the REALLY cool bloggers that you’ve met in the past few weeks, months, years, etc.) Are you open to meeting them? How far would you extend the invitation? Lunch downtown? Dinner in your home? Spending the weekend? Why?
Well, I have to say before YOU, I wasn’t too open to meeting people from the Internet in person. I would meet for lunch downtown or some other public place. You are a special person though. I’ve gotten to know you well enough I invited you to my home for the weekend. Of course Howard was here to protect me if you were an axe murderer
3. Do you protect the innocent (or not so innocent) by changing their names when you talk about them on your blog?
No one’s innocent
When I started blogging, I might have just used “my daughter” instead of her name, but honestly I stopped that and just use real names (first names only). I figured the only people really reading my blog are the people I’m talking about anyway
4. What is your stance on posting pictures of your family and yourself on your blog? Why did you make this decision?
I don’t mind posting pictures of myself or Howard, but I don’t post pictures of Callie for everyone to see. I have a somewhat paranoid family — the kind who constantly think of what could go horribly wrong — so information about Callie (mostly) and pictures of her were on a family website that was password protected and only family knew the URL. I’m redoing the site though and the site’s not back up yet. Need to get on that…
5. Who has made the BIGGEST impact on your life and why?
Jesus. Without a doubt. There is absolutely no way I’d be who I am today or where I am today without Jesus in my life. Even before I accepted His gift, He still looked out for me. Those are stories for another time though
