Another recipe from my hairstylist
This may be common sense to a lot of people, but I just don’t cook – and don’t do it enough to remember this stuff!
beat 2 eggs in a container big enough for a piece of bread to lay flat
1/4 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
dash of vanilla extract
dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (I prefer cinnamon)
Put 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet. Dip both sides of bread in mixture. Brown both sides of bread in skillet. You may need to keep adding butter to keep the bread from sticking. Keep the heat on med-low.
